How I did it was I downloaded each individual map as a geojson and then I used website that can merge geojson files. And I merged all 50 states into one big geojson. And then I imported it into yapms 2 using its import option you got to make sure you're using yapms 2. Also I should note that it's kind of laggy when you get a lot of districts.
