Optimization is no joke and the series S gives developers a headache ito making a game run 60fps. 10gb (or 8 or whatever) of ram with a low teraflop GPU just won't give series s players 60fps for the next 10 years on latest titles. We need to prepare for 30fps 1080p on all new games coming out. If you want more, get a PS5 or XSX

Feb 10, 2022 · I agree with the sentiment that devs should always ensure that there’s a 60 FPS mode on the Series S, but AC Valhalla doesnt run at 1080p when it’s in performance mode on Series S. According to Digital Foundry, it runs at a dynamic resolution, with most of it running at 720p and some of it getting up to around 800p.

Honestly wouldn’t bother uninstalling, I have a new Xbox series x and iv re-installed it but it’s still the same with real bad FPS drops around the map, we just have to wait for them to optimise the map which will take months if not years lol they are honestly too busy making new skins rather than actually fixing the game

Feb 23, 2021 · Looking at the model's page, one of the ports is HDMI 2.0 while the others are 1.4, keep trying in other HDMI ports. BUT i see on Amazon's reviews for this monitor, everyone else has the issue, so it may just be the monitor isn't compatible. If that's the case, don't fret too much. most games that will be 120hz for Series S will be 1080p anyway.
