American girl doll and Target Our Generation Doll Clothes
2004年11月29日 · Has anyone bought any Our Generation Doll clothes from Target and used them for American Girl Doll. Both dolls are 18 inches and I was wondering how was the fit? I just can't see paying $22.00 or more for an outfit. By the way, Our Generation Doll outfits I was able to find for $6.99 and I couldn't pass it up!. TIA

2007年2月9日 · I personally wouldn't buy an $100 doll for a three year old. I made my daughters wait until they were 8 (since thats what american girl markets these towards) and it made it more special to them when they got it. They had Our Generation dolls when they were younger. I think a bitty baby or twin would be an Ok option, though.

My understanding is that there is not a bright line on this switch. Mattel used up the supplies on hand etc. So it is possible to have a doll with a German head that is marked Mattel, but no guarantee.
