2021年5月14日 · I couldn’t eat the two good yogurt. It was absolutely tasteless to me. I ended up doing Siggis whole fat yogurt and add strawberries,blueberries,raspberries and chia seeds, once in a great while I add half a banana. It’s worked out well .
