2022年7月24日 · I JUST got done with a i7-13700k build and my temps got suspiciously hotter after installing the NZXT CAM software. My running theory is that NZXT CAM changes the Fan and Pump profile to 'Silent mode' which is quieter but also results in higher temps. Once I overrode them to 'Performance mode', my CPU temps dipped back into the 30s.

This was my problem as well, since I use the AW3423DWF as my main monitor. I chatted with NZXT staff over in the discord and they could not replicate the issue internally. I tried a non-destructive windows "reset this PC" and the issue still persisted. What finally worked was a complete reformat of the boot drive and second windows re-installation.

2019年9月6日 · P.S. You NZXT settings weren't applied before Windows, they simply weren't lost. Most NZXT USB devices retain their settings as long as the 5V-standby rail is on (i.e. as long as the PSU isn't turned off and your motherboard doesn't turn that rail off to save power during normal shutdown).

So far the only way I have found to get it to work is to open your camera program, then in OBS use "window capture" and select your camera. Next step is figuring out how to use a webcam and the capture card at the same time...
