Teams Premium Licenses are Not Working - Microsoft Community
2023年5月23日 · Well, I finally figured it out. This all came down to a conflict over licensing. One would assume that the Microsoft Teams Premium license would grant a user access to Teams. Not the case. We needed to upgrade our Microsoft 365 Apps for Business license (does not include Teams) to Microsoft 365 Business Standard (does include Teams):

According to this article, "the Microsoft Teams Exploratory experience is available at no additional cost for 12 months (from initial user sign-up) plus an additional 30 day grace period. At that time, end users on a Microsoft Exploratory experience license will need to move to a paid license that includes Teams.
Avatars for Microsoft Teams is not supported for this license
Updated May 8, 2023: While in Public Preview, Avatars for Microsoft Teams was supported for all SKUs. However, at General Availability, Avatars for Microsoft Teams will only be supported for the following SKUs: Microsoft 365 Enterprise E3, Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5, Microsoft 365 Business Standard, Microsoft 365 Business Premium or Teams Premium.
