Press Win + R to open the run prompt, paste: "shell:AppsFolder" in there then press OK, it will open a file explorer window, find the game or program you want to make a shortcut for, right-click it then press Create Shortcut, It will prompt you saying it needs to be made on the desktop, hit yes then you're done :)
