Best way to make affordable prints of paintings?
2012年10月24日 · A very successful painter recently gave me advice that it’s essential to offer prints of my work in order to become a familiar artist. I have some friends who do art festivals and they sell cheap Kinko’s color copies, matted and shrinkwrapped, as “prints” for $25 each. That seems tacky to me, as thse are not true art prints.

I’ve made a few paintings into prints for gifts, but I haven’t actually sold them. I’d rather just sell the original and make room for more paintings.

I was thinking of just carefully gluing the prints with a glue stick onto foamboard, and then “shrink-wrapping” them tight.
