Again I head back to the store intent on spending a little more on a 77" Oled open box that I saw on the BB web site at a store close to me. Turns out it was a C9 from last year that had been on display running for over a year. No thanks. I ended up with a 65" LG CX Oled.

2023年4月9日 · Manual calibration with the user menu controls works well for Dolby Vision, but the lowest adjustable point is 2.5% digital stimulus so nothing below that point can be corrected (HDR can be adjusted manually down to 1.6%), and therefore in Absolute and Perceptual Mode, near black below 2.5% digital stimulus will still be below reference.

I am thinking of upgrading to a new OLED this year -- the main reasons are to have a 120Hz panel, bigger size, and HDMI 2.1 features. I am thinking of getting an LG C2 or Sony A80K depending on pricing and what tests will say once they are released.

How to transport an OLED from the store? - AVS Forum
2020年7月20日 · I have, of necessity, transported a couple of TVs flat. One was a 49" Samsung KS8000, the other an LG OLED 55". Distance was about 10 miles or less. That may demonstrate only that it's better to be lucky than smart. Or that the smaller TVs are less susceptible to gravity.
