Aug 28, 2019 · I’ve used Concept on the iPad Pro. It’s a great app but it’s vector based so it doesn’t quite have the same flow, ease and responsiveness of raster based apps. It’s a beautiful looking app but every time I start using it for drawing, I’d quickly jump back to Procreate.

I have a surface pro 4 with the stylus, and I like using the stylus, but I also use an external TV with touch input to draw (A sharp brand) and present things. For some reason, neither directly on the surface or on the TV will the draw functions of Ink Workspace work. Only when using the pen. Other touch input works fine, clicking, etc.

Even the older Surface Pro 3/4 generation can run Photoshop rather well. It is only when getting into 3D drawing like substance and things like Blender that the Surface starts to struggle.
