2013年10月10日 · That is an excellent resource! It looks like every retract that Sierra Giant makes is pneumatic. That indicates that I should trust my instinct and go with pneumatic rather than electric. Unfortunately, not all of the stock gear models have max gross takeoff weights listed. I saw that one guy got custom retracts for his 85 lb 1/3 scale LA-9.

2012年6月8日 · RC car turnbuckles come in 2.5mm (a bit under 4-40 dia) up to 6mm dia at the threads. (that I have seen so far) This gives you a wide selection in 3 to 8 inch pushrods. There are some really beefy ball links in the RC car supplies too... Yes, there is a point where the "good old 4-40" becomes inadequate.
