2021年11月2日 · Same I prefer tickets as well, but I think tickets are the best IMO for both support, and customer. It's somewhat common for live chat support to have couple chats going at same time, in rare cases mistakes can be made this way, but also reason why have chat going instead of doing only one by one, is normally waiting on the customer to provide said information so they can provide support to them.
