May 2, 2021 · Full Atmos support is very rare in my experience. Most of the time it does not even work in 7.1 mode which is why I still use old HRTF solutions, despite owning Dolby Atmos. Many games do not even support 7.1 and are stuck at 5.1. The vertical soundstage could also have been baked into the engine itself.
