Especially larger games only contain at most half-a dozen languages on disc. In the past, this was true for Oblivion and Morrowind which only played in French when bought in France or Luxembourg. However, today you will most likely be able to buy language packs. Not sure all games offer them but some to. HAve a look before you buy. –

Jul 26, 2022 · As far as I can tell, this is not an Xbox Play Anywhere title so you will need to purchase it again on your Windows 10 device; however, cross-play is supported allowing for saves and achievements to sync across your computer and Xbox One as long as you're signed into the same Microsoft account on both devices. –
