My Blue USB mic is not picking up audio (Windows PC)
We recommend navigating to your Settings > Privacy > Microphone and making sure that everything is enabled for use with the mic. Access your Sound Menu to confirm that the Blue Mic is recognized on the list.

USB Input ONLY Mic set-up – Blue Microphones
Select Audio Devices and make sure that your Blue Mic is selected as your Input Device and Output Device. Once your Blue Mic is selected as your Input Device select Adjust Microphone Level. You can also test your audio signal and adjust your levels.

My XLR mic isn’t picking up audio – Blue Microphones
Make sure your 48 Volts Phantom Power is on. The end of the microphone should be connected to the XLR Input on your interface in order for the 48 volts to be applied. Condenser microphones require additional power unlike dynamic microphones like the enCORE 100 and enCORE 100i.
