IDM all the way. Very customisable, extentions for most browsers so that it automatically takes over the download so the browser can be closed while the download takes place. Also downloads video by placing a small blue button so you can download in one click. I have used it since I can remember, 7 years at least.

2023年3月13日 · In general download managers are a lot more flexible and provide features you don't get through the basic browser interface. Personally I don't use a download manager since I can get by without one. I tend to use torrents mainly and when I do use direct download I rarely have problems with session failures.

2022年4月23日 · FDM is the best imo, since it offers everything for free. You can pirate IDM's software which is even better. On Linux, aria2 would be minimal and efficient, unless you want with GUI then FDM would be a good choice.

For me, Internet Download Manager will always be the best. Very fast, stable and always up to date. I've tried other alternatives, but there's always one that's not as effective at detecting downloads and has a terrible interface. The only problem is that IDM is paid, but it's not expensive for its usefulness and efficiency.
