Has anyone successfully used the Ngenuity software? : r/HyperX
2022年8月16日 · I just purchased the Alloy Origins Keyboard. Neither the microsoft store download or the stand alone download can detect my keyboard. I would really like to make binds and change the rgb but it seems that almost everyone is having problems with this so called "software". If anyone has any fixes it would be greatly appreciated.

2020年11月9日 · You haven't mentioned which HyperX products you're using, so please keep in mind that the old software had only received a quick fix which helps with the identification of the latest revision of the Cloud Flight headset, but it still won't detect any of the newer products and we don't have any plans to continue improving the old software as it's discontinued.
