2021年6月21日 · My oldest YSL bag I bought brand new from the boutique in 2017. It is a triquilt grain de poudre leather medium envelope bag, black on black. It has been extremely durable because it's a grained leather that has been treated in a similar way to Chanel caviar.

I like how there are no obvious logos and the classic/timeless style of the Celine bag but I worry about it getting scratched easily and if it's worth the price.

2022年1月4日 · It really depends on what you are going for. If you are going for more a more classic vibe, then go with the YSL. If you want a bag with a bit of an edge to it, go with the Valentino. The Valentino is definitely a statement bag while the YSL is not. Do you want a statement bag? I also could see the Valentino eventually becoming dated.

2016年10月18日 · I love Dior but, in this case, I much prefer the YSL bag. I think the YSL is more classic then the Diorama. You said the YSL WOC was edgy. I think the Diorama is way more edgy then the YSL WOC. I really think the Diorama may look very dated in a few years time whereas the YSL WOC is more classic so less tendency to look dated.

2006年11月22日 · I agree that the YSL gold is distinctly yellower than all luxury brands, but it didn't bother me much. Silver is more casual, but also a great option if you're open to it. YSL matelasse shoulder bags have a waxy, smooth coating and I've for sure found it to be super durable and my go-to bag.
