2013年3月20日 · Hello, I bought a new surface pro 128gb and it had very bad Light Leak ( Light Bleed ). I sent it in to Microsoft and I told them it's not even 20 days old and that I wanted a NEW surface pro 128gb and NOT a refurbished unit. They said they couldn't tell me if it would be a refurbed unit or new. I complained but they would not give me an answer.

So I installed my Apps and reconfigured Windows to my personally things. I saw several times, that my WiFi symbol shows, that there is no Internet available. But my phone and MacBook works fine at this time.

I'm not entirely sure how the units don't fall into one of these two categories. Either the unit they replace it with is new, or a repaired and refurbished unit.
