I use PaperPort version 14.5. If I check for updates in the application itself, it displays "no updates available" . Is there a newer version (product upgrade) available for my installation?
PaperPort "Splash Screen" pops up, but program fails to load.
Running Windows 10, 64bit. Recently updated existing OmniPage 19 Ultimate (Nuance) to v19.2 (Kofax), which also updated PaperPort to v14.7. PaperPort ran well for roughly 2 weeks, but now fails to open. The PaperPort "splash screen" pops up but the program does not load.

2021年4月6日 · I have PaperPort 14.5 running on an HP Pavilion 20 with Windows 10. It has worked fine and now I get a message that tells me it is running in "Windows XP compatibility mode" which may cause errors. It references technote 6629 which I can't find anywhere.

2023年11月15日 · My PaperPort 14.7 stopped working (does not open). I had a similar thing happen in 2018 but Kofax sent me an updated . DLL sqlite3.dll . This fixed the problem. I do not know if this is a similar problem due to Windows update, and if yes - what is the latest sqlite dll that I should use, and where to download it from how to install.

I am trying to setup PaperPort Pro 14.7 to scan without using the scanner's own dialog box. I have unticked the "Display scanner dialog box" under scan settings and created relevant scanning profiles. The problem I am encountering is that it will only scan from the flatbed and not ADF.
