Midna's Helmet can only compete with the Diamond Circlet (because they both have the same exact effects), and even then you can easily upgrade the Diamond Circlet to outclass Midna's Helmet. Ah alright thanks, I guess it goes the same for Phantom set whereas if Barbarian set is fully upgraded it would be better.
