2019年5月22日 · The docking station is a Dell WD19 with USB C connectivity. It has Display port and HDMI inputs for dual screens. All of the ports seem to work with my mac, except when trying to connect the two dell monitors it duplicates rather than extending across the two monitors.

The dock has to support the resolution 5120x1440 or higher at 120 or 240Hz and HDR if possible. The dock must be fully compatible with Mac/macOS and operate reliably. The dock has to be reasonably priced.

I know the Mac mini M1 has it's own HDMI and USB ports, however, if I plug my monitor directly into the Mac mini I would have to unplug the Monitor cable and plug into the dock.

The Technical White Paper sais: „HP Thunderbolt Dock G4 has obtained ThunderboltTM Certification from Intel® for Windows PC and Mac OS.“ The Problem is that the docking station is connected to the Mac in USB 4 mode and that the external monitors are mirrored as described above.
