You can search all the issues online and in this sub that Logitech couldn't use their monkey brain to figure out how to make perfectly good older software compatible - LGS (old Logitech software) NEVER and I mean, NEVER was an issue.

G hub is literally the worst software i've ever used : r/LogitechG
2020年1月12日 · I have a logitech G pro, G 933, and G915 keyboard, and the logitech G hub software has absolutely fucked all 3 of them up. The G933 randomly disconnects, the G pro wireless reverts back to default settings after it goes to sleep, and the G915 settings are a bitch to set up and isn't at all supported in the logitech gaming software.

The worst thing about G-Hub is the fact that the Logitech Gaming Software app was so much better yet they kill that and railroad you in to using G-hub. If i want to set my mouse button to "shift" in old software I click the spot on my mouse press "shift" on my keyboard and done.

logitech gaming software vs g hub: what's the difference?
G Hub is the next gen software Logitech is now beta-testing. It might not support G402 yet. I don't personally see a distinct advantage of one over the other. They have pretty much the same functionality, with different pros and cons regarding the UI design. If you're familiar with LGS, keep using it for now since G Hub isn't finalized anyways.
