2005年12月26日 · My 31 A has a boxed frame-Hey Y'all, I have a little 327 with a B&M blower, with a 700R behind it, in my 1931 Model A Sedan. My frame is boxed front to rear, except for the frame horns. My car does get driven as hard as I want to afford the repairs. The frame may flex but the only place it shows is where the body was welded from chopping the top.

2016年2月29日 · Get the welting on the frame and punch out all the holes first. This will save you a ton of headaches. The aprons are held in place with a 1/4" carriage type bolt at the front and rear. The body blocks and bolts will hold them in place firmly. I would also suggest buying a fender bolt set from one of the Model A suppliers.
