I have an ultimate account and after looking online, it appears that this has been an issue for months. I have had this account and a subscription for over 7 days.

Just a heads up, these trial codes or promotional codes are only redeemable to an account that does not have any subscription yet before. If you already had a subscription before on that specific account, you will not be able to use this trial as it will only be for new accounts.

If you haven't already, we suggest you cancel it at our Subscription Management page. Cancelling a subscription within a few days of renewal will give you an automatic refund. This page will also allow you to turn auto renewal off/on.
