And for the iphone, thanks to their non repairable design, I pay the same Or lesser cost than a battery change for a rear system change which included the battery among so many other parts.

I asked about the $99 battery replacement and then he said that they could do that only if the battery tests bad. So he did a diagnostic which of course said the battery was fine. He told us the only option was to replace the iPad.

Since Best Buy is an authorized Apple Service Repair Provider, they should offer the same service and price. Make sure by giving Apple a call.
