Both times the sales rep claimed to have worked there for many years and have personal experience sitting in most of the chairs offered. I was grateful for them bringing up the foam density aspect.

I ordered a power recline 4 seat center love seat configuration Venetian on Labor day. I got notification of shipment on the 9th. Tracking showed it was picked up on the 8th. On the 10th it reached AZ. On the 11th it reached TX.

I had considered going with Stargate, as they seemed to be open to price-matching and seem to have excellent reviews, but they did not have any in stock. I have nothing bad to say about 4seating, personally.

Like HDHTutah above, I ordered a pair of lighted-poster cases about 3 weeks ago. To date, the only thing I have received was an email confirming the purchase. I've sent two e-mails since and received nothing in reply.

2016年7月20日 · Theaterseatstore.com says Seatcraft is junk because they're competitors. 4seating=Seatcraft. Theaterseatstore=Octane. In my opinion, I've sat in the seatcraft showroom and enjoy the service and quality. Whenever I've read about someone having an issue with 4seating, they fix it, and then some.

Once they responded (took a couple weeks), they said they'd ship me a new sofa and new 3 seat combo because the new Vader line they were shipping got a slight makeover and they didn't want me to have a mismatched new sofa and old 3 seater.

They seem to have worked out a well timed scam in which customers are strung along with false FedEx tracking numbers and "extended delivery dates" that will take the customer past the standard 60 days in which they can dispute credit card charges.
