2021年8月19日 · Hi I have an ipod nano 7th gen. The screen is black and I originally thought it was a battery issue. I connected it to itune and itune recognizes the unit and shows full battery for the unit and that all existing playlists are in tact. The screen is still black though, so i can not use it. please advise on how to restore/fix issue
