A successor is still coming, in the form of the Pixel Tablet 2, so if you're one of 10 Pixel Tablet fans, you'll be glad to know that. However, that's where the road will end for Google, as the tech giant has reportedly canceled the development of the Pixel Tablet 3. And, it seems it might be moving its efforts to a new device segment.

The Pixel Tablet launched in June 2023 with a Tensor G2 chip and an optional speaker dock. That was the extent of the add-ons, though. A new report from Android Authority says Google dropped plans for a keyboard case, but that accessory is being planned for the sequel.
