Fair Haven has been one of the standards of Southern Vermont League girls basketball for many years. Hartford is trying to build up to that level and the Hurricanes gave the Slaters a really tough regular season test last winter. Hartford also saw its season end at the hands of Fair Haven in the Division II playoffs.
