Neowiz has revealed the release window for the first major piece of Lies of P DLC, as well as a brand new IP the studio is working on.

Round 8 and publisher Neowiz are certainly still on cloud 9 after the success of Lies of P. As of October 2023, the game had sold one million copies, and that number has definitely gone up since. Round 8 previewed the Lies of P DLC all the way back in November 2023, so we have definitely been waiting a while for it.

Round 8 Studio has announced that its Lies of P DLC will launch in the first quarter of 2025. Not much is known about the DLC right now, although the game’s director, Jiwon Choi, previously said that the team hopes to improve what it did with the original game for both the expansion and the Lies of P sequel.

First DLC for Lies of P set to launch in Q1 2025, bringing more content to the game. Confirmation that Round8 is preparing the survival horror game does not rule out a Lies of P sequel. Lies of P is arguably the greatest non-Fromsoftware Soulslike game to date.

On Friday, Publisher Neowiz revealed that Lies of P will receive new content with DLC arriving early in 2025 and developer Round 8 Studio is working on a new IP.

The Lies of P DLC will reportedly arrive in early 2025, while Round 8's next game will be a sci-fi survival horror title.
