WTA World No. 2 Iga Swiatek changed her public relations representation after almost four years amid her doping controversy.

"There is a previously planned change in Iga Swiatek's management team. After almost 4 years the cooperation between Iga and her PR manager Paula Wolecka is coming to an end. Daria Sulgostowska became Iga's new PR manager," he reported on X.

Iga Swiatek is the second high-profile tennis player to test positive for a banned substance this year, joining Jannik Sinner. While Sinner, currently the No. 1 ranked man, was fully cleared, Swiatek, who slid from No. 1 to No. 2 last month, accepted a one-month suspension that was announced Thursday.

The results for unspecified substances resulted in a mandatory provisional suspension, imposed on September 12th. This resulted in the Pole having to miss the WTA 500 in Korea (September 16-22), the WTA 1000 in Beijing (September 25-October 6) and the WTA 1000 in Wuhan (October 7-13).
