The Canadian Space Agency announced a competition today to name Canada's first-ever rover mission to the moon. This unmanned mission will explore the south polar region of the moon to search for water ice and explore its unique geology.

Canada will soon roll a rover onto the moon, and you can help name the pioneering machine. The Canadian Space Agency asked people around the world to pick from the semi-finalist names for the moon rover, which will launch no earlier than 2026. You can take part in the contest here, through Dec. 20.
