Their defense has tightened up considerably in recent weeks, and their offense is clicking with consistency. 2. The Jayhawks have a long (and mostly losing-filled) history vs. Baylor. The Bears lead the all-time series 17-4. The last time Kansas beat Baylor was in 2007, when KU won 58-10. Kansas is 0-10 all-time vs. Baylor in Waco.

Kansas needs to win Saturday at Baylor, which has beaten the Jayhawks 13 consecutive times, to gain bowl eligibility. KU has never played in a bowl game in three consecutive seasons.
