This beautifully decorated condo is perfect for your family vacation. All furnishings are only a few years young and the view off the deck is truly beautiful of the main part of the lake where you can watch the sail boats set sail from the nearby Yacht Club. It is located at Bernard's Landing in Peninsula Towers. This is the only condo building that features an entrance from the parking lot as well as a lakeside back door. There is a convenient day dock for your use if you bring or rent a watercraft ( owned Watercraft must be registered for a fee for the duration of your stay at Bernard's Landing security office located on the way in). You can walk to Napoli on the Lake and Bernie's Store near the office or the Clubhouse where you can find indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, racquetball court, and beach area. Great shopping is nearby at Westlake Village, and many restaurants are within a 15 min. drive.
