We were founded by Lance Petty in 2013, who, after 10 years in the HVAC field, realized that the North Island needed a reliable company that would look at things a little differently. Lance was concerned that this community needed a team that would pay sharp attention to detail and provide a quality service that customers would appreciate when investing their money.
